About Soar Related Services
With over 11 years of experience as a school-based Speech Language Pathologist, Soar Related Services understands the unique challenges facing school districts across the Erie area. Our founder has worked extensively with multiple districts, gaining deep knowledge of IEP systems, billing systems, and special education frameworks. We’ve developed expertise across diverse populations including Autistic Support, Multiple-Disabilities Support, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Support, and Emotional Support programs. Our mission is to help districts meet the growing demand for quality speech therapy services by providing reliable, experienced staffing solutions.
Recognizing the critical need for additional speech staff in schools, Soar Related Services offers comprehensive coverage options that address both immediate staffing gaps and long-term service needs. We specialize in supporting districts during maternity leave and FMLA absences, providing evaluation coverage, and delivering specialized services including AAC exploration and implementation. Our team is trained in supporting Gestalt Language Processors and has extensive experience with articulation and language support across all grade levels.
